London is an exciting place to work, and our office is at its heart, located in a signature, mid-town building – with great views! While we certainly work hard, we complement the work schedule with regular all staff meetings (’Love-ins‘) where we celebrate anything from client successes to our people’s achievements, from running the marathon to trashing the competition at the women’s rugby tournament. And every year we all go somewhere sunny to relax and recharge our batteries for a weekend.

We also have various formal initiatives in place to help our people develop and grow as individuals, and maintain a healthy work/life balance.

The Personal Development Bank, for example, puts serious money behind our people’s enthusiasms. Funds have been awarded recently for cooking, dancing and foreign languages, painting, photography, SCUBA diving and boxing.

If you’ve caught the travelling bug, or simply want more holiday, we also offer an extra four weeks unpaid leave per year – an option that’s proved as popular as it is unusual.

Our ‘Ministry of Fun’ organises go-karting and sports teams, major events like our summer and Christmas parties, and our regular Friday night pub trips.
