Our US team is comprised of professionals in two offices - Boston and New York.  We work in small teams, so you’ll be working closely with clients and Partners of the firm from day one. You will be part of a group that views you as a full-on professional, not just as an employee.

We are steadily expanding the scope of our activities into all sectors and functional areas covered by OC&C worldwide. We work seamlessly with our offices across the globe, in mixed teams or by exchanging people, constantly exchanging ideas and experience. And we consciously look to maximise our consultants’ exposure to the widest possible range of experiences from throughout the entire OC&C global operation.

The projects we work on vary greatly in duration from as little as one or two weeks to several months, so you’ll rapidly gain experience working with a wide range of clients across a wide variety of sectors.

We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate both excellent academic results and real interest and expertise in extracurricular activities and interests of all kinds. Successful applicants tend to be highly motivated, analytical, creative, and collaborative.
