Jean-Daniel has been in Management Consulting for more than 15 years, first with McKinsey and then with OC&C, where he became a managing partner in 1995. He has worked with consumer goods manufacturers and retailers (in many industries such as food, textile and fashion, luxury, home equipment, publishing) as well as in B2B services (wholesale, shipping, yellow pages, human resources services etc.). He has advised European and American groups on different issues regarding strategy (growth, internationalisation, M&A, response to the rise of discount etc.), operational efficiency (trade and promotion spend, logistics) and organisation (post-merger integration, international organisation etc.). He teaches Strategic Management at IEP Paris.
Jean-Daniel is the co-author of e-markets, les nouveaux modèles du B2B (2001 – with foreword by Franck Riboud, CEO of Danone). He has written several articles around issues in FMCG and Retail sectors (La Tribune, Les Echos, Le Figaro, LSA, etc.)
