Laurent joined the OC&C Paris office in 2008, after more than 20 years in Strategy consulting with the Boston Consulting Group. He has extensive experience in Europe and in the US on strategy and performance related engagements across a wide spectrum of businesses with particular focus on pharmaceuticals/biotech, industry and private equity. He has specialised in operations improvement, innovation (strategy and time to market from R&D/industrial operations to Sales & Marketing) as well as growth projects (DD and Post Merger Integration).
